  • Your data is stored on Amazon Web Services Cloud Hosting with frequent backups and redundancies to protect your information.

  • Yes, at anytime you can export data and trends to PDF, or request CSV.

  • No. Rinks that sign up for a subscription will only be invoiced their annual subscription rate and any additional hardware they may request. Set up, training and support is all included.

  • Unfortunately not. We store your data on AWS (Amazon Web Services) year round for you to access and pull up historic readings. Especially with all customers having different start and end dates to their season it is easier to invoice annually and they can access the platform at anytime they need.

  • We have not yet seen SUB-ZERO data used in court. That being said we have made sure of some key features to ensure data integrity so it cannot be put to question (timestamped, linked to who completed it, cannot be altered, extremely accurate and details results).
