SUB-ZERO Referral Program – Terms

  • One Referral per Customer: Each rink or customer you refer counts as one referral. Multiple staff from the same rink still count as one.

  • Referral Credit Valid for One Year: The discount or gift card you earn applies for the first 12 months of the referred customer’s subscription only.

  • New Customers Only: The referral must be a brand-new SUB-ZERO customer—existing or returning accounts don’t qualify.

  • Referral Must Be Declared at Sign-Up: The new customer must mention your name or referral code when they book their demo or sign up.

  • Non-Transferable: Referral rewards can’t be sold, traded, or transferred to other people or organizations.

  • No Stacking: Only one referral reward can be applied per subscription term. It can’t be combined with other promotions unless SUB-ZERO approves it.

  • Subject to Verification: SUB-ZERO reserves the right to confirm eligibility and decline referrals that don’t meet the criteria.

  • Program May Change: Terms or rewards may be updated at any time, but changes won’t affect credits already earned.
