Using a Bluetooth calliper and a matching digital layout of your rink with logos and markings is the next evolution in ice management, a drastic improvement from paper and a clipboard. One operator can complete an ice depth in under 10 minutes. SUB-ZERO automatically follows the operator from point to point allowing the user to focus on getting the task done.

Regardless of what manufacturer of ice resurfacer or how old the machine is, you can use SUB-ZERO to complete routine circle checks, grease point checks and document critical maintenance. Each machine can have a QR code to instantly pull up all relevant information on the machine and ensure checks and maintenance are up to date.
PLANT READING
Log plant data from a mobile device for compressor and plant logs. Everything from outdoor / indoor temperature, system set points, compressor readings and more. However where SUB-ZERO differs is the module will match the equipment in your plant. It is not a generic form - if your plant as 3 compressors you will see 3 compressor, to make it easy for operator training. In addition, if you have multiple plants under one roof we can tie which plants service which rinks - this will enhance your trending abilities.
DASHERBOARD
Complete routine dasherboard checks by ensuring kickplate, boards, glass and netting are in good condition for the 12 rink segments.
