SUB-ZERO Referral Program – Terms

  • One Referral per Customer: Each rink or customer you refer counts as one referral. Multiple staff from the same rink still count as one.

  • Referral Valid for One Year: The organization needs to sign up within 1 year from the referral form being submitted to count.

  • New Customers Only: The referral must be a brand-new SUB-ZERO customer—existing or returning accounts don’t qualify.

  • Referral Must Be Declared at Sign-Up: The new customer must mention your name or referral code when they book their demo or sign up form..

  • Subject to Verification: SUB-ZERO reserves the right to confirm eligibility and decline referrals that don’t meet the criteria.

  • Program May Change: Terms may be updated at any time, but changes won’t affect referrals already earned.
